Which EPAuto torque wrench do I need for lug nuts?

The 1/2 in. drive click wrench with the 10–150 ft-lb range covers the lug nut torque of most cars and SUVs. Check the figure in your owner's manual first.

Can I loosen bolts with an EPAuto click torque wrench?

Use the 24 in. breaker bar for that. A click torque wrench is a measuring tool, and breaking stuck fasteners with it wears the mechanism.
